Studio 135 is a dynamic community of independent studio jewelers making unique work, ranging from one-of-a-kind art jewelry to limited edition pieces to colorful enamels to precious gems set in gold . We are located in Chelsea, steps away from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), and one of the most vibrant and fast-changing neighborhoods in New York City. Visitors will meet the creative makers and experience various aspects of jewelry making with demonstrations throughout the weekend at several active benches. People will have the opportunity to observe the alloying of gold and silver, various fabrication, techniques, enameling, and stone setting. Also, on view is a special Pop-Up exhibition of the work available from our 20+ studio members.
